Michael Vizdos is a strategic advisor who helps founders, C-level executives, and leadership teams solve the single most common point of failure in scaling organizations: a misaligned executive team.

As both a practicing C-level leader and an advisor, he guides leadership teams to stop working in functional silos and start operating as a unified "First Team”,a concept he champions for building organizational trust and alignment.

What makes Michael’s perspective unique is his dual role.

He is not a consultant who offers theory from the sidelines. As the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Edvizion, a high-growth EdTech company, he is in the trenches daily. He navigates the same product, strategy, and leadership challenges that his clients face, applying his own frameworks to build a real-world business.

This practical, in-the-weeds experience is built on a 30+year foundation at the forefront of the Agile movement. As one of the world's first Certified Scrum Trainers (CST®) and the creator of the influential Implementing Scrum series, Michael has trained thousands of teams.

Through this work, he discovered a critical insight:

Even the best teams will fail when their leadership is dysfunctional.

This realization shifted his focus from team-level process to leadership-level alignment.

Today, Michael splits his time between leading product and strategy at Edvizion and advising other leadership teams. He is a speaker, mentor, and a pragmatic voice for leaders who are tired of "process theater" and want to build a culture of genuine alignment and accountability to get real results.
