Experience matters.

Hi. I’ll switch to “first person” while you are reading this.

Pretend that it’s just me and you for the moment (there is no “sales team” and I don’t have “people” reading my incoming emails / requests).

You. Get. Me.

Sound good?

We’ve got three ways to work together.

  1. Consulting

  2. Training

  3. A Combination Of Consulting And Training (Keep Reading To Learn Why This Is Your Best Option).

Here’s the thing though.

The work you and I will do — either individually, with your team, or within your enterprise — basically starts with two people having a conversation.

That means in order to get started, it’s you and me right now.

See a common denominator? It’s me and you. Us. Together.

However, the outcomes we deliver are all about you.

My job is to ultimately make YOU (and your team and organization) look like a superhero.

The way we get there together looks different for every client I work with. Because you, your team, and organization are different than anyone else I’ve worked with.

Sometimes it’s “consulting”, other times “training”, and most of the time it is a customized combination of both consulting and training.

I’ve learned that I DO NOT enjoy doing business in a “transactional” manner (one-and-done) and am constantly reminded — over the past 30+ years of my professional career — that relationships matter.

So.

Let’s start with me and you (or me and you and your boss / leaders / whatever works for you).

Your move.

Do Your Due Diligence.

Take a look around this site. Make notes to yourself about what we can discuss.

Heck, subscribe to my weekly Saturday morning emails about Implementing Scrum in the real world and you’ll get a taste of my style (in case you have not already noticed, my style is not super conventional but it is always professional).

Read my profile and background on LinkedIn (connect with me there and/or send me a direct message). Talk to people we might have some common connections together.

And.

Contact me using a quick intake form (I use this because I value our time) or send me a direct message on LinkedIn.

Let’s Start With A Conversation.

Our conversation will be sales-pressure-free. Always.

And yes, if it make sense for us to work together

This is not my first rodeo and we can work together to navigate the “sales process” together when we are both ready.

We will keep it simple. If you have other people who control the $$ (i.e. “purchasing”) I speak their language and know their world and love them too).

I look forward to our conversation.

Fair?

Your move.

Thank you.
